All products accepted are inspected for brand-specific guidelines and are put through a rigorous multi-point inspection to determine authenticity before accepted into our inventory. How do I know my order was received? We will send you an order confirmation email once we receive your cleared payment, and your order is audited then assigned an order number in our system. What if I receive a damaged item? We do our best to describe an item's condition as accurately as possible. If you feel that an item you received is not as described, please reach out to let us know within 3 days of your order’s delivery date. SELL WITH US Authentic Luxury Consignment Bee and Buttafly is pleased to offer our trustworthy and credible services to help you sell your luxury items. We will take care of everything from listing, marketing, advertising, and dealing with buyers to make the experience fast and easy for you. HOW IT WORKS 1. GET APPROVAL & A QUOTE Send us photos and details of your item to get approval and quote 3. BRING OR SHIP YOUR ITEMS Send us the items for authentication, assessment, and final approval. 2. FILL OUT THE FORM We will email you a copy of the Consignment Guidelines and you may download the Consignment Form here. 4. WE SELL IT FOR YOU We will list your items on our website and keep them for one month. 5. GET PAID All payments will be made in dated or postdated checks two weeks after the item has been confirmed sold. SELLING MADE SIMPLE Consign and resell your item with one of the pioneers in luxury item consignment. Take the stress of having to resell your item on your own and leave it to us to have your luxury item resold. Shipping & Returns Shipping Policy Once an item has been shipped it is the customers responsibility for tracking the product. If the item gets lost or stolen the responsibility falls on the customer. In the event of a return it is the clients responsibility to cover the cost of shipping . The exchange process takes between 7 to 10 business days. *In the event you are concerned with the theft or loss you may purchase additional insurance on selected items to cover the monetary value of the item. Return & Exchange Policy Exchanges will only be allowed a 3 day timeframe once a item Is received .Exchanges depend on the availability of the item. Exchanges can only be made on the exact item in the next size available. Please make sure you choose the correct size. Clothing and shoes must be returned in the same state it was given. This includes tags intact, no damages, no signs of wear. All exanges must be requested and returned immediately. There is a 15% restocking fee on all items that need to be exchanged.
